inspections passed, the concrete will be poured and the topping done.

Some Cities and/or Counties require this inspection
to be done after the pool is finish and the pool equipment is running. |

New Yard Fence Installation

After this step is
completed, the Fence Company schedule inspections.

NOTE: If you already
have an existing yard fence, it needs to be re-installed and brought up to
code: gates self-clothing and self-latching. The latch needs to be 54" from
the ground.
It is very important to
maintain the grass short on this area to make sure that the gate
self-closes. A great idea is to make a path of rocks and step stones.
